Recruitment Process

The following may help you understand our recruitment progress and easily apply for the position you expect.

WHEN A VACANCY OCCURS

When a vacancy occurs, HR Department will release recruitment information through many different methods.
We recruit people not only for the job opening but also for the needs of the company’s rapid development.
So you may contact us any time even if there are no existing job openings.

TO SUBMIT A RESUME

Your resume can be sent to our Human Resource Department by e-mail or fax or mail.
Your resume is requested to be written in both Chinese and English including personal data, education degree, working experience and one recent photo. Please indicate your applied position in the front page of the resume.

TO REVIEW RESUMES

When we receive candidates’ resumes, we will immediately review them and identify those which best match the position’s requirements. The selected candidates will be scheduled for the interview.

TO INTERVIEW

Usually Human Resource Department conducts the initial interviews and recommend the suitable candidates to the department for second interviews. Interviews are mostly conducted face to face, however, some of them may be conducted by phone. The acceptance decision is reached by considering the evaluations of all members conducting the interviews and the final approval by General Manager.

TO CONFIRM WITH THE ACCEPTED CANDIDATE

When a candidate is accepted through interviews, Human Resource Department will contact him or her to confirm the position, start date, and salary and probationary period. When a position is filled, other candidates’ resumes are reserved for future recruiting.
